By enrolling your child in The Promise Academy, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Childcare Services

The Promise Academy provides childcare services for children of a specific age range. Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring their child’s well-being and safety while at the academy. We will make every effort to ensure a safe and nurturing environment.

3. Fees and Payment

Tuition fees and payment schedules are outlined in a separate document, available upon request. Failure to adhere to the payment schedule may result in the suspension of services.

4. Liability

The Promise Academy is not responsible for any injury or loss to a child while in our care, unless caused by our negligence. Parents/guardians assume all risks associated with their child’s participation in our programs.

5. Changes to Terms

The Promise Academy reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey.
